I used to go to Oil Can Henry’s- many years ago and the new owners did not disappoint! My problem was with Groupon. I decided to bend to their (Groupon’s) endless pressure to use their app and as soon as I arrived at Valvoline, the Groupon site and app went down. What the….??? And I had no bar code. Cesar was incredible and figured out a work around. My oil was changed, car fluids checked, tires refilled to their optimum amounts and I was on my way. High recommendations to Valvoline!! 5 stars but I have to rant about Groupon. Minus 10 for Groupon and I won’t be caving to their ‘use our app’ pressure ever again. They (Groupon) have zero customer service so you are on your own. Probably why I only use them once every 5 years… But I will be back to Valvoline!

I bought the Groupon for an oil change. Make sure to call ahead for an appointment but was in and out with no problem. Additional charge for recycle/waste aside from the Groupon though, beats paying over $120 somewhere else. Guys were great, had me out and on the road within 10 mins (make that appointment). I was inquiring about other repairs and am coming back to this shop.
