Shoutout to the support team. I had trouble downloading and then getting license recognized. I emailed Support with low expectations. Surprisingly, I got a response in minutes with a new link to download the software. The link worked fine, but then my license wasn’t recognized. Support again responded promptly and sent two links: one to remove earlier licenses and one to install a new license. Now all works fine and I’m very satisfied. Support was fantastic!!
