Adam and Robb Kaye, owners of Sidelines Grille, founded their restaurant on a simple idea: fresh tastes best. They observed the mantra in everything from hand-breading fish and chicken to order – including their spicy, tail-on Fireriver shrimp – to crafting their own sauces and salad dressings. The practice proved a potent selling point; they recently expanded to two locations, holding both kitchens to the same exacting standards.
