I had heard good things about GISFW but wasn't sure it would be worth the investment. Then I was able to try it with groupon- it has changed my life. I am motivated & exercise faithfully now- accountability is a big part of it. I was so busy I didn't think I could make the time- I did, I do & anyone can.

There was a 30 day time limit on completing the 10 sessions-Impossible to fit them in 30days

As pleasant at the trainers were, I felt that they weren't paying attention to any one individual and didn't correct improper form. I also feel that membership is pricey and not a great value.
After I declined the offer to buying a longer term membership, the manager criticized me as not being committed to being healthy and suggested that I would be facing great physical difficulties later in life if I didn't "sign up".
