A two hour facial does not mean put steam in my face and leave for 15 mins...then a mask and leave for another 5 ...then another mask and leave for another 20 mins! Not to mention I was put in a back room that looked like a supply closet ...it was cold, there was no music and the bed was uncomfortable... Not to mention they took the wrong people for our appointment so we had to wait 30-45 mins for out appointment which causes us to have to change our dinner reservation. And yes we had to pay an ex $9 each for the extraction tool even though our Groupon was for blackhead removal. Very disappointed.

They charged me extra $14 for the needle and taxes. Also 15% tips are required.
