The gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude and informed me when I went to redeem my groupon that he was only honoring them until the end of Feb and if I was willing to use all my visits by the end of Feb I could do it, otherwise I could call Groupon and deal with them. My Groupon was to be until the end of March. I opted to try to class as I was there in my yoga gear, he was very cold, rude and not at all what you would expect a Yoga environment to be like. I have taken a lot of Yoga in my days and will not return to this place, awful customer service and experience!
