We are so happy we found Lola! She did a great job. Our baby was grouchy but she worked hard to get good photos for us despite that. We are very happy with her and our photos!
Quality of books is great. However, we are upset with Groupon advertising of Shutterfly offers. The offers indicate that you will receive each of five books for $5 using the Groupon offer (hardcover, custom, 20 pages, shipping not included.) However, when making the Groupon purchase, there is no mention of "per book" cost. From our experience, apparently, you are paying five times as much as indicated "per book".
I got the white foam backed 12 x 12 pics. They were super affordable, great quality and look great on my wall. Fast turnaround time too. I did a chat with someone to ask a lot of questions and they were fabulous and even saved me money:)
