I was a bit frustrated. It was bootcamp and the instructor was non coaching and or motivating...he was just standing around looking.. it's a bit upsetting when your coming in for the first time and it can be a little intimidating. Of course everyone in there has been working out for months... but for the people who just drop in to the class it's a lil overwhelming... so, I would recommend that the instructor be a bit more engaging...

About Enhance Fitness Studio

Enhance Fitness Studio's treadmill might look familiar. It's the Woodway Cure, a completely non-motorized design that has appeared on _The Biggest Loser_—and for good reason. Because the runner powers it, she burns 30% more calories than on a traditional treadmill, and 40% more if she holds a second treadmill above her head as she runs.

This cutting-edge treadmill is just one of the gym's many pieces of state-of-the-art equipment, which the trainers use to craft constantly-changing workouts. Clients can sweat through varied regimens, which prevent workout plateaus, in one-on-one personal-training sessions, or opt for group fitness classes. These run the gamut from full-body-toning boot camps to cardio boxing, which blends heavy bag work and shadow boxing with suspension and rope training.
