Experienced coaches begin each class with warm-ups for a healthy range of motion, then steer students through the day’s fresh set of drills. Class offerings include kettlebell intro, mobility, general conditioning, and powerlifting. See the schedule. Purchasers must complete an orientation class prior to redeeming.

Hostyle Conditioning's two-level group-training facility pushes athletes to sweat and tone physiques as they aim to achieve specific fitness goals with an array of strength-training exercises. Bright lighting and vibrant yellow walls in the 13,000-square-foot facility help to fuel each exerciser's adrenalin. Boasting experience in international competition, coaches incorporate their knowledge and favourite gravity-mocking limericks into teaching methods for kettlebell, TRX, rowing, sled, and medicine-ball training. The studio’s five power racks complement a fleet of weights and dumbbells. To facilitate more intensive personal training, coaches limit class sizes to 15 participants
