I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years
How I got started was with the Groupon, 9 years ago. I love some like it hot. It’s a place where every class is a time to reflect, restore and be present and work on me. I met many good, lovely people and it is a wonderful community. It’s a place where I go to work on myself. Everyday is a new experience. ❤️
Six 60-Minute Personal Training Sessions and Dietary Assessment
Started my personal training classes with Alex. Needed a bit of a jump start and to shake things up a bit from my regular workouts. I like the one on one environment. For now the training has been great, challenging enough for me, which is what I needed, to push myself a bit. He is easy to speak to as well. Enjoying the classes.
