Lovely yoga studio in the heart of midtown. Selma is a charming instructor and the class i took was just the right mix of strenuous and relaxing.

Carol is amazing! I’ve enjoyed the classes so much, and she is very patient as we learn the moves. I’m looking forward to continuing to learn belly dance.
