He challenges us to keep trying, moving towards increasing strength, flexibility and balance. Tim is really great. He makes sure everyone goes a little further than before (a handhold, a balance pose, or a pushup) and helps you as you struggle to get there. This is a strength-based yoga style, so you will be sore afterward but in a good way :)
