He currently runs outdoor strength and conditioning classes in Walpole, and provides nutritional coaching at a group wellness practice in Franklin.

In 2019, Jay pursued a career as a fitness trainer and nutritional coach. He has completely transformed his own body shedding over 60lbs while adding muscle. Inspired by his own past struggles with weight loss, he understands the challenges and now loves working with people to give them the tools to reach their strength and weight loss goals. Jay believes in a flexible dieting approach, where he works with his clients to reshape their day-to-day habits which they can ultimately enjoy, stick to, and reach their goals. Understanding that transforming your body is just as much of a mental game as a physical one - he harnesses his degrees in psychology and social work to give people the tools to overcome their challenges and thus reach their fitness goals. He looks to keep things simple by helping people to make small changes that can make big differences. Whether you are looking to build muscle, lean down, or tone up - Jay is currently available for nutrition and fitness consultation and offers different plans to help you reach your goals.
