Valentina was so kind and professional. Although 3rd party booking site allowed me to make an appointment on a day she was unavailable, she went out of her way to still meet me at the suite for my appointment! I had a great first facial experience and did not feel rushed one bit despite her squeezing me in a day off :) Thank You again Tina
She was amazing! I know everyone gets the same service but she somehow made me feel like I was special. She explained the process, created a calming environment, wasn’t awkwardly quiet. She was great and I can’t wait to go back.
