His eponymous martial arts school aims to create dynamic martial artists and fitter, happier members through simple instruction and a close-knit, supportive environment. Mike and his staff of seasoned instructors teach a progressive approach to BJJ, submission grappling, and MMA striking techniques that is geared to first-timers as well as ex-wrestlers and athletes.
