I was impressed with my entire experience. The staff were polite and efficient. The fitness center appeared to be clean and in order. The cardio kickboxing class was intense and challenging. I definitely got a good workout in. I plan to go 3 times per week.

If you're looking to sweat then this is the place. The cardio kickboxing and strictly strength classes are my favorite. Bring a towel and'll need it.
