Been going to Lauren quite sometime now - done excellent treatments , deep massage with cupping (80") . Relieved all tensed and pressure areas specially neck ,shoulder and blades . she knew her stuff - known all areas to work-on . I left with complete balance , relaxed and feel whole wellbeing again . will continue to schedule myself and recommend to friends.
Probably the best massage I've ever had. Just the right amount of pressure (I've had deep tissue massages before that weren't that deep) and frequent check-ins about how it was feeling or if I needed something different. I will definitely be back!
