The staff was very good and attentive. Elaine wouldn’t swipe the pins in the beginning and one of the staff rushed down there to fix it. The lady at the desk offered and took a picture of our group as she saw us trying to take a selfie. They were very helpful and very efficient.
We had difficulty in finding the bowling alley since it is located behind the shopping plaza. They should really put the directions or at least where it’s located on the voucher and not just 2100 Dixwell Ave. Because they’re not on the sign of the stores that are located in the plaza, it is difficult to find
