I heard about Yoga Sol for years before trying. Wow! I was not disappointed. It's incredible. I tried the candlelight yoga - sooooo relaxing! and the Beginner Ropes yoga. After that one Beginner Ropes Yoga class, my frozen shoulder felt...healed. It was already on the mend but it hasn't felt that loose in years. So the classes, the reason I signed up are incredible. Then the people are all so kind and welcoming. And the atmosphere is very soothing. They have tougher classes too for people looking for that but I go to a gym for those types of workouts. I wanted flexibility, stretching, and relaxation and I couldn't be happier.
