Best massage I have had in my life

Steven @ Knots B4 was on time, very polite, knowledgeable and skilled. I walked in very tight and walked out a new man! I would definitely recommend this to anyone seeking noticeable improvement.

I needed a massage badly. Staff was great with a deep tissue massage to loosen up knots. I appreciate that!

I went in for pain relief in my neck and shoulders. Helen asked how much pressure I wanted and I told her FIRM. She worked my knots like no other! If you're looking for STRONG, healing body work....she is your person. I'm sure she does relaxing massage as well, but that's not what I needed. I will be back for more healing sessions....as painful as my knots were to work out, the relief I feel was worth it!

Reiki massage is a new facility so everything from floors to massage beds is clean and new. I had a great 60 minute massage with hot stones. It was super relaxing and a great massage. Highly recommend!
