Spa world has been our favorite. We go there to detox in the saunas and destress. It’s most relaxing when you go during off-peak times (weekends, late night)
calling to schedule was difficult. I tried several days continually. didn't get a call back after leaving several messages. And I was having second thoughts, couldn't a refund on Groupon, I got discouraged. I called back 5th time someone pleasant answered the phone. Finally! I thought! she was professional, soothing, courteous and was willing to schedule, explain procedures and apologized for the long hold on the phone. Once I arrived the same courtesy on the phone continued in person. and I witnessed the phone ringing literally every minute! I am super pleased, satisfied and looking forward to my next visit

It was difficult to book an appointment however, not because of Black Bella Spa, but because the Groupon needed to be booked through Groupon’s site and the instructions were very confusing and it was difficult to get a getting a response from Groupon!
