This was way beyond customer service!! I got an email since my phone had global issue with NO cellular service. I was given several time-slots for my appointment, front desk was superb giving me directions to the salon from the garage.. I absolutely love this place!!

The staff was great but it was the shampoo and head massage that sealed the deal for me, it was wonderful.

Kim is an absolute delight!!! I can in to get full highlights because my stylist moved and I’m searching for a new one. We had amazing conversation and my hair looks so good! She even went out of her way to schedule me when I was trying to get hair done before a trip. I will 100% be back!!
