I almost didn’t buy this Groupon because of the negative comments. I spoke directly to the owner and found that she’s trying to rebuild her business because of some bad staff. Talking with her made me very comfortable buying the Groupon. She is beyond dedicated to turning it around. She sent Derrick to clean and he did an amazing job! Friendly, punctual and thorough. Great experience!
Houston area: Laura is an absolute legend! She came on time, prepared, and ready to go for six hours. She cleaned up that room I let turn into absolute filth while sick for months (chronic illness flare up), she dug out caked on fur/litter, hauled trash, double mopped and vacuumed, wiped down every nook & cranny, & somehow got nine months of cat pee smell out of the room in one go. Ask for Laura!
