Staff is very nice and friendly.

Jeff and his colleagues are great motivators and really know their stuff. They also offer a range of different workouts, including boxing for fitness, which is so much fun. There's a great group of regulars who supportive and friendly. They offer classes 6 days a week before and after work hours. They use an app for booking classes which is easy to use. I feel really lucky to have this gym here. If you're in the area and need like group and interval workout classes, you should check this gym out.
