Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Nice facility, kids had a fabulous time there. Had a toddler along, he got gear but didn’t want to climb, not charged for it! Highly recommended.
Amazing customer service by EVERY staff member! We usually go to the Waukesha WI location, but will be going to Greenfield from now on. Amazing people, newer equipment and a ton of smiles!
We went kayaking, and the staff was friendly and informative. The view was beautiful and the equipment was in great shape. I highly recommend this establishment!!
