My Office 2024 Home & Business and 2024 Pro Plus purchase did not install properly the first time & after it stopped working, I contacted the Groupon & I was given detailed instructions on how to uninstall it and reinstall it so it works properly. The instructions were a big help and everything is now working properly. Thank you!!!!

I followed the instructions and uninstalled my previous Office program, downloaded Office 2024 and it opened right up. I was unable to activate it. I contacted David via email and he instructed me to sign out of Word, open it back up and follow the link to put in my Product Key. It worked! Thanks David!
