One Medical Pedicure by an Experienced Podiatrist
If you have rough, dry, cracked feet, it's time to "start fresh." I haven't visited a nail salon in over a year because many don't seem very sanitary. I thought using a pumice stone to remove dead skin from my feet was sufficient. Let's just say the doctor corrected my approach with a scalpel, lol! He used a scalpel (not a cheese grater) and shaved off what looked like a pound of callus from the bottoms of my feet. He also examined my feet to ensure I didn't have foot fungus or any other issues. Now, my feet are as smooth as a baby's bottom. This was a 10/10 experience, and I would do it again!
It's important to realize that this isn't a regular salon pedicure. There is no toe polish or spa treatments with the doctor. While the office does have an in-house mani/pedi specialist, I didn't have time for that. This is a medical treatment and is treated as such.
