Gabrielle was friendly and professional. It was my first time having sugaring done and she put me at ease right away. She is an amazing conversationalist and kept my mind off of any discomfort during my appointment. The facility is exceptionally clean and inviting. The results were perfect. I'll never go back to waxing. I'm a customer for life now, lol.
