I want to thank Andrew for doing an extraordinary job on stubborn stains that were embedded in my carpet. Andrew was very professional in explaining the detailed process of removing stubborn stains. His do diligent and experience, brought my carpet back to New.
Yareli did an amazing job. She completed all priority items and also had time to complete all of the remaining items I had indicated as “if have time.”
Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
