Great customer service and experience! First time trying out Brazilian and underarm wax and Ronnie did a great job in making customer feel at ease. Great room ambience and all too. My appointment was for underarm wax only but I ended up saying yes to brazillian wax and facial also. I finally have a go-to place/person for these services! Great experience! Scheduling was easy. Reception staff are professional. The space is clean and well maintained. Kristel was amazing!! Listened to what I wanted and very gentle but effective.
