They work with you and modify, if necessary. Learning the correct form is key.

Really effective workouts and great staff!

I've only worked out here once so far due to travel but I really like this place. I'm new to CrossFit workouts and Dean, the owner/coach was super cool. He gave me a ton of pointers to make sure my form was good and tips on how to get better mobility as well. The people I worked out with were also really nice and welcoming. I'd highly recommend them!
