Wonderful teachers. They make sure to bring you carefully into each pose so that you do not hurt yourself. They have classes for all levels, and they have many classes geared to older people or people with injuries. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I have learned so much in this course so far and have gained better knowledge of what Chakra Harmonic Alignment (C.H.A.) is and what the benefits are, for your mind, body, soul & and spirit Sound healing ties together with meditation, yoga, color therapy, aromatherapy and more to keep our natural state of mind balanced and in tune with our true selves. It helps with being present in the moment.

This is a lovely yoga studio - such a wonderful vibe. Such a supportive environment . I had a fantastic teacher Carol let us through a yoga class and it was so healing It attracts a really lovely clientele Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Great yoga classes, very instructive and available for all levels!
