Karla at HHL was amazing! She made me feel completely at ease with thoughtful touches like ginger rock salt, a heating pad, and essential oils. She checked in often, gave helpful tips, and even offered electrolytes after—which no other place has done. I left feeling totally relieved and relaxed. Highly recommend!
