We change each class, so if you go to a specific class more than once that week, it will be different. Also, we have a variety of classes, so if our clients don't like one style, there are many more from which to choose. • Learning2Fly
Learning2Fly’s founder Sumya Anani believes that all conscious movement leads one further down the path to empowerment. It is this philosophy that led Anani to become a registered yoga teacher, massage therapist, and personal trainer. She teaches techniques to all skill levels through introductory classes including aerial basics, aerial classes for kids and teens, and beginning silks for women 50+; instructors guide, motivate, and inspire you to reach new heights and bring your sense of adventure, enthusiasm, and willingness to laugh at yourself. They focus on what you can do, and build on that as everyone improves from their own starting point. Similarly, aerial camps immerse participants in the body-bending skills required to master her artful form of fitness. While clients maneuver in suspended grace, her trained instructors also teach intro classes like Basics for Bigger Bodies and Hatha yoga classes, which boost the flexibility and strength of those who are afraid of heights or making their pet emu jealous.

  • Darling Yoga
For Emily and Sarah Darling, owners of Darling Yoga, helping students experience the present is both an art and a gift. They team up with 16 other seasoned instructors to guide students toward physical wellness and inner peace through the practice of ancient poses and breathing exercises. Emily and other instructors lead classes for all levels, during which stress melts faster than a snowman in a mosh pit. Their sessions range from beginner-friendly Yoga Basics to Vinyasa and Ashtanga routines for intermediate and advanced students. The expert tandem also hosts children's classes during many of the adult sessions, helping young yogis build strength, flexibility, and focus as their parents do the same in the classroom next door. In one of their studios, natural light flows through large windows, bathing groups in uplifting sunbeams during challenging bends and balances. After class, students can unwind in onsite showers or browse a boutique brimming with yoga mats, props, and apparel.

  • JQ's BFit2
After a stint on the Junior Olympics sprinting team and dip into the limelight on the UK television series Gladiator, Jonquil Baugh refocused her passion for physical prowess into helping other people achieve their desired level of fitness. She puts her extensive experience to use by providing individuals and small groups with personal training suitable for all fitness levels. During 30- and 60-minute group classes, trainers lead workouts that incorporate functional, strength, and cardiovascular exercises. Students cycle through a range of routines, interspersing interval-style workouts that involve brief periods of intense exertion with longer periods of sustained, less-strenuous activity. In the studio, clients can focus on cardio with indoor cycling, or tone and strengthen with Pilates and yoga. See the class schedule.

When Roald Dahl wrote Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, he imagined a much-coveted golden ticket that granted access to myriad wonders and unveiled the inner workings of an entire industry. MetaBody created a real-life version of that ticket with the MetaBody Yoga & Fitness Pass, though it applies to fitness instead of candy. The pass grants access not to a single gym but to classes at a variety of local studios, specializing in everything from yoga to boot camp. With the freedom to move from location to location, students can sample different regimens, instructors, and styles of exercise to cobble together a program that fits their needs and goals. MetaBody's nutritionists supplement class packages by coaching clients in healthy eating, recipe cooking, and speed-reading nutrition-fact labels.

  • Radiant Yoga Studio and Boutique
While their toes dig into the glossy bamboo floors, students stretch their arms to the ceiling, feeling the hot air curl around their fingertips as their muscles relax into the posture. As light streams in from the windows, an instructor leads the students through one of many classes held at Radiant Yoga, which are designed to suit all fitness levels. Newcomers starting in Yoga Basics get a feel for the proper alignment and foundational asanas before graduating to the titular Radiant Hot Vinyasa, which covers core- and strength-building moves in a studio heated to 90–95 degrees. Yoga therapy also helps those with musculoskeletal imbalances or painful childhood memories of playing a perfectly still tree in a school play.
