This was one of the best and most fun workouts I’ve had in a long time. The energy is incredible, and everyone is so welcoming—you don’t need to be a dancer to join in. After sitting at a desk all day, it felt so good to get my groove on and move! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, uplifting way to exercise.
I absolutely love the Stillneas Over Stress class. It's become a part of my Sunday routine. Bianca is a wonderfully calming and thoughtful teacher. So glad that I found this wonderful yoga community.
