Great communication with the vendor. I contacted the vendor on Oct. 1 @ 10:41 PM with a small issue and within less than 24 hours I got a response at 3:08 AM on Oct. 2, with clear instructions. And it was very helpful and now my product is working perfectly.

unable to download and use product. no response fronm help request. extremely frutrated . feeling ripped off.

The video to guide one's purchase, download and installation is very helpful. Otherwise the process is not straight forward.

The upgrade to pro worked. Make sure you read the emails sent. The initial key provided is for a fresh install. You have to reply to the email to get instructions if you are upgrading (vice new install)

So far so good.
