This is a great starter for Tirzepatide. They use a really good pharmacy which is Revive. I've been on it for 5 weeks and have lost 13lbs. I've had zero food noise and side effects. It's unfortunate the Telehealth company is extremely expensive and unrealistic to keep going through so I cancelled after I received my vial.
