I don't give praise easily (I'm one of those 'old school' people who believe that praise should be reserved for effort and success, not merely for showing up), but White Glove deserves significant praise for my recent transaction with them.
First of all, the communications I exchanged with Robert were timely, helpful, and personable. I was kept informed of the time and identity of the Cleaner assigned to the job.
Second, the Cleaner who did the work (Nakell) was (as my mother said - it was her apartment that we had cleaned) "sweet". We had her one bedroom apartment cleaned and went for the extras of cleaning the stove and the refrigerator (they needed it). I confess, my mother is 95 and not only is she not able to clean, she never was 'Susie Homemaker'. In other words, the refrigerator and stove - really the entire kitchen and the bathroom, too - were in awful shape. Nakell had the strength to scrub both. I can't say the stove came out perfect but that wasn't going to happen.
Nakell was there for four (?) hours (I honestly wasn't paying attention to the clock) and he worked diligently the entire time. We purchased lunch and included Nakell (which, in my opinion, is the right thing to do people!). He cleaned while he ate and was very appreciative that we provided lunch.
I would highly recommend White Glove. Our experience was nothing short of perfect.
