I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!
I got the Groupon so I could have a place to come and workout while I was visiting family. Emily was very welcoming and the class was great. It was an encouraging environment that allowed people of different abilities to share in the same class. I would definitely return if we visit Keller again!
