I almost didn’t buy this Groupon because of the negative comments. I spoke directly to the owner and found that she’s trying to rebuild her business because of some bad staff. Talking with her made me very comfortable buying the Groupon. She is beyond dedicated to turning it around. She sent Derrick to clean and he did an amazing job! Friendly, punctual and thorough. Great experience!

My experience with Aaron the carpet guy was delightful . I would recommend him to anyone in need of his services. He was professional, polite and my carpet looks great! He was a great communicator as far as when he would arrive and explain what and how the cleaning took place. I look forward to working with him in the near future.
