I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years
I’ve been to several pilates classes but this studio stands out. They are advanced and they really put you to work. If it wasn’t so far from me i’d go there permanently. This is the place to go if you’re serious about getting your body in order
