What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We aim to have a fun approach to fitness and augh and joke a lot throughout our sessions. But we also have a very realistic approach on goal setting and strong method to our madness!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Thinking back on the clients we have serviced. we aim for our relationships to form so close that we want to reach their goal just as bad as they do. What was the inspiration to start or run this business? _My strongest inspiration was something my Mother has told me regarding health. "You are either running away from something, or towards something". I started this business with the ambition to teach our community that looking ahead, instead of behind you, will make any journey a happier one.
What do you love most about your job? Our clients. We love our sessions because we learn so much about each person, physically and mentally, and why they need our help. Then we write programs aiming to support their lifestyles. We watch them transform. By far the best feeling.
