Retro Recess classes use hula-hoops, hopscotch, and other playground games to creatively get in shape. Other classes include OTW Boot Camp. Strengthen and Stretch, 6-Pack Abs, and Cardio & Core. See the class schedule. Personal-training sessions meet twice a week for 45 minutes.

Off the Wall Personal Training and Fitness Center's owner, Twyla Everett, is well-equipped to run the motivational staff at this fully stocked fitness complex. Her extensive résumé includes two decades of competitive dance, along with experience in personal training and nutritional counseling. She's dedicated her career to personal fitness, and it comes through in the center's diverse range of classes and programs, which range from heart-pumping group cardio and kickboxing sessions to more attentive personal training. During personal-training programs, trainers help clients formulate a game plan for healthy eating, balanced exercise, and regular body-fat and weight check-ins to help keep participants motivated.
