Red Carpet Boot Camps
At Red Carpet Boot Camps’ fitness center, trainers motivate others toward fitness through classes such as spin, yoga, and Reformer Pilates. When not in the gym, trainers lead their charges outside for 60-minute boot-camp sessions that combine everything from their classes, as well as resistance, cardio, and calisthenics. Understanding that pushing muscles to their limits is only part of the equation, Red Carpet also offers nutrition coaching.
