Tacoma Fitness Boot Camp challenges its patrons with ever-changing, total-body workouts held six days a week. Trainers sling a set of intense tasks in each class, pulling moves designed to boost endurance and whittle the abdominals while targeting fat on such problem zones as the arms, hips, thighs, and prehensile tail. Throughout each session, coaches closely monitor technique, ensuring exercisers perform moves safely. Tacoma Fitness Boot Camp also provides each patron with a sextet of at-home tools designed to bolster in-class regimens. A private community site hosts helpful workout tips, videos, and a weekly nutrition guide, and a four-minute workout timer cuts off sets and reminds exercisers to check on any hard-boiling eggs. Journals, before-and-after pictures, and bodily measurements serve as self-reference to track progress throughout the self-improvement period.
