The chance to train with Madonna and Debbie Allen might be enough for any dancer to rest on her laurels. Not so for Simone, creator of The Boss Chick Dance Workout. This classically trained dancer brings her experience as a dance company director and master-class teacher to lead intense workout sessions that blend rhythmic dance moves with a cardio workout. As music fills the room, students perform sultry video-style dance moves that strengthen their arms, abs, legs, and butt, so they don't feel obligated to dead-lift the TV when they get home.
