That's the ideal temperature for Power Vinyasa classes, because the heat helps students flow through movements with ease in an effort to cultivate what's known in yoga as "tapas"—a truly focused discipline. Power Vinyasa classes move at a faster pace, as students work through sun salutations, standing and seated postures, plus backbends and arm balances, all while synching their movements to their breath.
