This is a really good deal if you're wanting to try pole dancing. The instructor is super nice and positive, and the space is kept really clean. I'm glad I tried this and would definitely recommend Smoke and Mirrors :)

The best!!! Such a great studio. The instructors are amazing. I loved taking Kelly’s classes. It’s is so refreshing to see the different levels of experience together. There are guests ages 18-80. This is an awesome, inclusive, inviting studio!
The staff is very welcoming and give encouragement to attendees. Even as a beginner I felt like I was able to hit the ground running by doing as much as I could without feeling like I was not able to keep up. The instructors have the knowledge to work with people who may have existing injuries as is my case (speacial shout out to Kristi!). The practice that is taught can be as challenging as one wants to make it based on their current abilities and goals. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for yoga instruction/practice.
