Wonderful and relaxing time at the spa

I had my first visit ever to laser a small area. Check-in was friendly, efficient, and fast (if you complete the medical forms electronically before arrival), and fast. I was called back 30 seconds after check-in. My nurse practioner was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and asked pertinent questions. She also explained everything in detail so I had no questions. I highly recommend SEV, Bethesda.

I'll admit that my hubby and I were a little thrown off by the location and the lack of newness of the facility, not to mention the size of the ladies BUT please don't let any of this fool you. These ladies did a knockout job, better than the other fancy spa's we've been to. We are already planning our return trip for another couple's massage. We wanted to return the next weekend but have prior commitments which will prevent this.

I got a really nice spa pedicure. The tech was alone in the shop, because on the previous day the shop was closed for the day because the locks wouldn't open... so the manager was out trying to figure out what happened. The tech was really professional, and made certain that no-one in the shop felt neglected or delayed. She deserves high praise for her patience and dedication.

They do amazing work! I won't go anywhere else for detailing for my vehicle!
