I was disappointed that the merchant was late arriving to my appointment- I had to call her before she arrived to make sure it hadn't been changed or cancelled. She did not have the details noted correctly of what services I had booked for my mom and I, even though I had called twice in the weeks before to confirm. This was for a wedding, so while I appreciate everything turned out ok, I would probably choose to go somewhere else next time.

Carlene is most pleasant and provides excellent service; however, the experience wasn't relaxing. Carlene was physically agressive with her pedicure and it caused me to be tense. Several times the pedicure was painful so I found myself unable to relax. The overall experience of the visit was pleasant (manicure/pedicure) and I would return for a manicure. Carlene is very thorough and as a customer you will receive perfection; however, it wasn't the relaxing experience I expected. The environment isn't conducive to relaxation.
