Customer service was slow- had to hunt down the waitress for tea refills and request our check. The food was good, but I picked all my own ingredients. Staffing has room for improvement. They were not very busy.

This was our first time going to a mongolian stir fry restaurant. Our first experience was not so appealing. When we got there, no one sat us for awhile(the restaurant wasn't busy at all). When we got seated, no one gave us menus or told us what to do or how the stir fry worked. When the waiter finally tried to tell us it seemed like he was in a rush and we totally got nothing from his instructions. So we grabbed one of the pre-made dish cards and brought it to the cooks. We didnt know you were suppose to grab the ingredients yourself from the back of the card so the manager did it for us. I wouldve done it myself if they explained the procedure properly. They made us feel unwelcomed.
